Inspired by Elias Durnford’s original vision for Pensacola’s “Garden Lots”, the East Garden District (EGD) will showcase landscaping, streetscaping, and planting plans truly unique to the City of Pensacola. Dating back 250 years, and inimitable placemaking, EGD is downtown Pensacola’s newest and most dynamic mixed-use urban infill development.

Led by Pensacola real estate developer, Chad Hederson this is a place of inspired growth; a new civic garden for Pensacola’s residents, professionals, and visitors. The EGD’s tree-lined streets, urban plaza, restaurants, retail, offices, residences, and The Tristan Hotel offer Pensacola’s locals and visitors a curated live, work, and play experience unlike any other in Downtown Pensacola.
